COVID-19 Safety Protocols Remain in Place Despite State Reopening Plan
SAN BERNARDINO, CA ─ On June 15, 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom announced the State’s reopening plan which removed the tiered-color system and capacity limits for many industries except where other rules, regulations, guidance, and workplace policies supersede.
Until further guidance is provided from Cal/OSHA and the local Department of Public Health, all court users, including judicial officers, employees, attorneys, litigants, and the general public must continue to wear a face covering and practice social distancing while inside any court location until further notice.
